Abstract :
This paper focuses on the annual generator maintenance arrangement under market conditions. It provides a regulation to solve the maintenance congestion caused by each generating company via liberalized maintenance requests. The GAS based regulation tries to search the balance between the benefits of generation companies and the generating capacity of the system. The fuzzy quantities are used to present the attitudes and satisfaction degrees of the generation companies towards the regulation. The maintenance schedule has a matrix presentation and holds a task to reconstruct the matrix with a special genetic moving operation. The regulation sounds effective tested with the utilization of an 11-unit system.
