A Study on Functions and Impact Factors of Wetland

The concept and connotation of the wetland were Introduced and 10 functions of wetland was described in this article. Several aspect content were recearched, including wetlands degradation, influential factors, wetlands restoration, sustainable use, wetland protection and management. At the sametime, the current situation of the country wetlands facing and cause to cause were critical. The wetland resources are the wealth of mankind´s survival source. Its existence and healthy development were conditioned. Unreasonable and excessive use can cause the development of wetland degradation and environmental degradation, eading to the occurrence of natural disasters. If the degradation of wetlands take place, rehab is difficult and almost irreversible. The consequences could be devastating. Therefore, we should do our best to study, to protect and to administer wetlands efficaciously.
