  • Abstract
    Discontinuities, such as bends and junctions, in a micro-strip line are known to be major radiation sources. However, it is difficult to identify the radiation from some specific location, and therefore the total radiation from the micro-strip line is generally investigated. Using TDR (time-domain reflectometry) measurement and analysis, we extract the radiation from only the bend in micro-strip lines. Such an approach is useful in understanding its radiation mechanism.
