            Abstract : 
In this paper we review an earlier paper by the authors, by presenting the results in a slightly more general setting than the one used there, namely systems evolving on principal fibre bundles. The class of systems proposed here for study evolve on a manifold with a fibration structure, and have a well defined controllable quotient system on the base space. Some minor results on this generalized class of system are also presented.
