Summary form only given. This discussion will focus on the possible future of BiCMOS in terms of its potential applications. BiCMOS as a technology has enjoyed much success in the area of high speed RAM¿S for example. The presence of the bipolar device provides the designer with some unique opportunities that could have good application for other types of circuits.
