  • Abstract
    In order to get higher weather prediction efficiency, this paper put forth an immune learning algorithm that simulates biological immune system learning mechanism to apply it in weather prediction. This paper defines the expression methods of antigen and B cells, illustrates the calculation method of affinity between antigen and B cell, describes the clone, variation, dynamic evolution and the generation process memory cell, and establishes weather prediction system based on artificial learning algorithm. Simulation experiment shows that compared with tradition weather prediction system based on neural network, this system has higher prediction accuracy and is a new solution for weather prediction.
