Abstract :
Despite the global crisis which affects the whole World, the NEUREL Symposium has survived. By following a long and rich tradition (22 years of existence, since 1990), the NEUREL 2012 will take place in Belgrade, the educational, scientific, historical, cultural, commercial and industrial center, and the capital of Serbia. Located at the place where the Sava River joins the blue Danube on its way from Germany to the Black Sea, Belgrade is also recognized as the famous entertainment center of the South-East Europe.
