Abstract
This paper describes a new harmonical algorithm for digital signal processing. Signals are assumed as consisting of synthesis of several sinusoidal elements which are not necessarily harmonically related. The procedure requires a solution of two sets of simultaneous linear equations and a polynomial rooting. The estimated models show reasonably good results. The high accuracy is achieved by using this technique to fit an assumed model with a few parameters to the measured data. The experimental set-up is explained and the results are discussed for different signals.
