Abstract :
Synthesis methods are proposed to guarantee upper bounds on the worst case peak values of impulse responses in the presence of plant perturbations. Solvability conditions are characterized by (nonlinear) matrix inequalities. We give an iterative algorithm to find a local solution to this nonconvex problem, based on the convex subproblems of constrained state feedback and estimation
