Abstract
This paper presents a qZS-derived push-pull DC/DC converter topology intended for applications that require a high gain of the input voltage and galvanic isolation, i.e. alternative energy sources such as fuel cells, PV panels or wind turbines. The operation principle of the converter is explained by help of a steady state analysis in both CCM and DCM. The experimental results confirm the estimated operational behaviour.
