Abstract :
Under some conditions it is proved that, given a continuous time nonlinear system, given a state feedback law which stabilizes globally exponentially the system, and given a continuous-discrete observer, the feedback law computed with the estimated states still stabilize globally exponentially the closed loop system. A linear continuous-discrete observer is also given
