Abstract :
From the working principle of rotary transformers, the paper in-depth analyses the relationship between output voltage and rotor angle as well as speed. By using the method of series expansion and discrete, angular acceleration formula which is used to calculate angle increment can be derived from the paper. Also, the method of measuring acceleration is theoretically analyzed in the paper. Simultaneously, the analysis expression which is used to calculate the acceleration measurement error is given. Finally, the paper expounds the thinking that the measurement accuracy can be improved by adjusting frequency of input acceleration and slip frequency ratio. From the theoretical analysis, the relative error can be achieved to below 3%, so it can better meet the measurement of the average machine angular acceleration.
