Abstract :
The issue is the sub-topic of the special issue of preliminary studies of Ministry of Science and Technology 973 Plan. This paper introduces a new type of hybrid ring Auto leveller intelligent control system used in wool gill, the system adopts PLC as control platform with the full use of its fast speed, good reliability advantages. This paper focuses on the Auto leveller intelligent control system structure and control process, and system control strategies preliminary studied. The innovation of this paper is the use of intelligent sensor technology, the ratio of partition intelligent control technology, and the decoupling control technology to improve the control precision of the system to achieve the design requirements of the system, creating a good economic and social benefits.
