Abstract :
This paper introduces the characteristics and basic principle of 1-Wire digital thermometer DS18B20, and describes the design of its hardware and software for temperature measurement system by FPGA and DS18B20 temperature sensor as well as the method of improving measuring precision. Through measuring actual temperature and comparing with special thermo scope, its data is accurate. And this system has characteristics of simple interface, high precision, better anti-interference, and stable and reliable working, etc.
