This study concentrates upon the impact of digital library and Internet technology in higher education using attributes of the digital libraries and the Internet, multimedia and different software, which can be addressed by multi-tasks, full time, and problem-solving using BDL web site and Internet facilities. This paper analyses the relationship between learners´ education by the means of digital library, Internet technology and their usability and satisfaction. One model, which can explain education, digital library and Internet techniques, has been established and tested. Using AMOS 5 program, it explained 35% of variance for digital library usability (DLUS), 41% of variance for education usability (EDUS), and 37% of variance for Internet usability (IntUS), with good model fit. The subjects make use of the multimedia in full time and multi-tasks such as searching, browsing, downloading (audio and video), copying text, listening and watching audio & video, reading, writing, extracting and abstracting information. They also use chat room for more discussions in the category of online collaborative and finally report their information in different styles through assignments, projects on WWW, or face-to-face in the classroom meeting with the help of their teachers.
