Research of CTI Applications System of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on Voice Card

With broad development of computer telecommunication integration, CTI application systems in small and medium-sized enterprises are also under development continuously, but the CTI application systems of the small and medium-sized enterprises are lack of stable and unified system frame model. This paper introduces CTI application platform of small and medium-sized enterprise and a software frame model under this platform, and designs a universal programming frame through analysis to this software frame model. Practice of the projects proves the robustness of the universal frame, providing comfortable for establishing CTI applications platform of small and medium-sized enterprises.
