Abstract :
Climate change makes local changes in precipitation. Using sliding time regional and natural disaster risk assessment method to study the Nanjing PMP Fuzzy mathematical expectation Change. The results show that the late 1980s, Nanjing PMP fuzzy expected value amplitude is increasing, Making the possibility of increased precipitation intensity larger. Designed city drainage system need to consider such changes in order to enhance capacity for disaster for the city.
