Abstract :
We present a scheme for multiple (> 14) WDM channels mm-wave signal generation using a single monolithic hybrid mode-locked laser and experimentally demonstrate the generation of 155 Mbs BPSK data signals at 30 GHz frequency with different wavelengths.
