Abstract :
The traditional methods of network management (NM) simulative training have the problems such as low fidelity, difficult realization, without data packet transmission simulating and etc. This paper applied "object in the loop" technology and solved these problems effectively. Firstly, a simulative training architecture based on High Level Architecture (HLA) and real NM software was proposed, it resolved the low fidelity, difficult realization and distributed interaction problems for NM simulative training. Secondly, a NM data packet intercepting method was proposed, it resolved the real NM software access to simulative training system. Lastly, a communication network simulation method based on OPNET was proposed, it resolved the transmission simulating problem for NM data packet. The paper\´s work has been applied successfully in Tactical Internet simulative training system. It also provided a brand-new and convenient way for simulative training in other fields.
