Abstract :
We present the principle and experimental demonstration of Unique-word DFT-Spread OFDM transmission. The results show that the 1-Tb/s UW-DFTS-4QAM-OFDM signal can be transmitted over 8,000-km SSMF, with 0.6-dB Q-factor improvement compare with the conventional OFDM.
