Abstract :
University learning climate construction is an essential guarantee of higher education quality. Learning climate in university is dependent on each student, while individual is influenced by the whole group. This paper offers a group-person model (GPM) to analyze students\´ academic goals and the influential mechanism of group on individuals. This paper aims to instruct university learning climate construction and provide "how to improve" suggestions, by using GPM to simulate the state of students in various activities, such as academic activities, social practices and etc..
