Abstract :
The interior airflow visualization of a U-type fin-and-tube heat exchanger was investigated numerically and experimentally. Numerical results presented detail information of whole airflow field. Smoke test using dry ice showed visualization of airflow, on the other hand, numerical method was validated by experimental results. High and low airflow velocity of the field was found. The research provided creative ideas for the research on the design of fin-and-tube heat exchanger.
