  • Abstract
Visualization in medical applications has become of paramount importance. This paper discusses how a visualization scheme is developed for the purpose of evaluating an expert monitoring system (EMS) that predicts patients´ conditions. The advantages of this method are compared to the existing method and the interactivity of the system is discussed in terms of user friendliness. Its importance lies in the speed with which patient conditions can be recognized and decision boundaries identified for each of the various situations
