Abstract
ISAR (Integration System ARchitecture) is an European project aimed at integrating six applications of medical informatics on a hospital information system platform: electromyography processing, medical imaging, natural language analysis of discharge letters, electrocardiography processing, drug prescription optimisation and an anaesthesia mobile record. A methodology of integration and evaluation is one of the main outcomes of ISAR, as well as a generic and reusable integration architecture
