  • Abstract
    Welcome to the 24th International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference 2011 in Germany. This year´s venue is the “Historische Stadthalle Wuppertal” which was inaugurated in 1900 and restored in 1995. Its majestic architecture results from a rather prosperous time here in the early industrialization period of Wuppertal. Nowadays it serves mainly for concerts, shows, galas, celebrations, parties, trade fairs, etc., and conferences of course.
