Abstract :
"Strong robustness" is reserved for design techniques which guarantee prespecified performance for all t in [0, ??), over pre-specified plant uncertainty range. There are few of these. Actually, robustness is an unnecessary label as it is an obvious requirement of any worthy design technique.
