Abstract :
This paper applies a high gain observer to asymptotically recover certain transfer function properties which are obtainable using state feedback control. The property under consideration involves bounding the norm of a certain transfer function matrix over all frequencies. These results have application to the problems of disturbance rejection and stabilization of uncertain linear systems.
