Abstract
A data storage and retrieval system has been designed to optimize all information obtained during clinical electrophysiological evaluation in patients suffering from tachyarrhythmias. The database system has been programmed to use the fourth-generation language CLIPPER on an IBM PS2/80 but runs presently on an IBM-AT or compatible computer. In the past year data on 580 patients have been entered prospectively. Furthermore, limited information on 1660 patients admitted from 1977 to 1988 has been collected retrospectively
