Abstract :
The dielectric spectra of TGS crystals with various impurities were measured in the frequency range from 50 Hz up to 20 kHz in the vicinity of the ferroelectric phase transition point (Tc). Frequency dependencies of both imaginary and real parts of dielectric permittivity at various temperatures are discussed on the basis of the “universal” fractal power law, the validity of which is confirmed by many experimental and theoretical works, carried out on different substances. Universal law power parameters were calculated for pure crystals and for crystals doped with Cr, alanin and the combination of Cr+alanin and the assumptions were made about the basic mechanisms of charge carriers motion at various distortions of crystal structure at temperatures above and below Tc
