Abstract :
Vector Doppler instruments can measure absolute velocity independently of the orientation of its probe to the velocity vector. Presented here is an implementation of vector Doppler that utilizes P(VDF/TrFE) diffraction-grating transducers and is designed for low cost and easy use. Proof of the concept is demonstrated by experiment
