Abstract
In this paper, through the relation between target´s distance and the observation noise, and the statistic characteristics of the deviation of the observations from the prediction values of target´s position, an adaptive algorithms for cslculating the correlation regions based on target´s relative distance to each sensor is derived. The criterion used is to minimize the mean-square value of the deviation under the given correct correlation probability.
