Abstract :
This paper is devoted to linear control systems with a small parameter in a part of the derivatives. The behavior of the set of trajectories and of the reachable set is considered when the small parameter tends to zero. We relax the usual asymptotic stability requirement for the subsystem that reduces. For some typical optimal control problem the continuity of the marginal function and the optimal controls is studied.
