Abstract :
An all-optical wavelength converter employing a hybrid integrated semiconductor optical amplifier Mach-Zehnder interferometer with a selectable push-pull-delay configuration was investigated. 25Gbps and 40Gbps wavelength conversion operations with different push-pull-delay times were achieved.
