Abstract :
Data hiding in images and videos are studied, and a unique algorithm that features Encryption based on a key generated from both Cover image and the message image, has been devised to hide data inside video both in wavelet transform domain and in spatial domain. The benefits are high hiding capacity and high level of secrecy, and the algorithm results in, only a single pixel loss. The inbuilt encryption feature of algorithm that uses the message image as the key generator controller, drastically reduce the possibilities of break in, to the message. The message image is broken and distributed among frames, which make the classical decrypting process impossible. The whole algorithm can be extended to series of images to facilitate the same for hiding video inside video. The whole algorithm is realized in MATLAB and results included in the paper.
