Abstract :
Power supply reliability is the comprehensively reflection of power supply ability to customers and the real embodiment of operation management level. Power supply reliability management involves planning, designing, building, operation and maintenance management etc. In recent years Guangzhou power supply bureau starts the work to improve power supply reliability. According to the practical situation, in this paper, the statistical analysis of power supply reliability indexes at present and the existing problems are analyzed; supply reliability statistical indexes are studied and confirmed; the supply reliability statistical index analysis system is developed, which forms a comprehensive analysis and evaluation platform for the power supply reliability management. According to the analysis of power supply reliability indexes, relevant measures to improve power supply reliability are proposed in the following aspects: planning and construction, production and operation and professional management etc. The strategic target to improve power supply reliability is determined and disused in this paper, which has theoretical significance and practical engineering value.
