Abstract :
The standard H∞ control problem is as follows: given a number γ⩾0 find all controllers K such that a closed-loop transfer function has H∞ norm less than or equal to γ. State-space solutions for the suboptimal (<γ) problem were obtained in the work of J.C. Doyle et al. (IEEE Trans. Automatic Control, vol.34, p.831-47, Aug. 1989). These solutions are generalized to the optimal case (⩽γ) for the full information problem
