Abstract :
Addressed is the problem of robust H control design for linear uncertain systems with time-varying norm-bounded uncertainty in both the state and input matrices. A state feedback control design is presented which stabilizes the plant and guarantees a prescribed level of H disturbance attenuation for all admissible uncertainties. The robust H control problem is solved via the notion of quadratic stabilization with disturbance attenuation. Necessary and sufficient conditions for quadratic stabilization with disturbance attenuation are derived
