Abstract :
Application of integrated EMS of dispatching - centralized control in Guangzhou electric network control center is described and analyzed in this paper. As the describe of the architecture and the characters of the Application, the new characters, problem and method is focused on in this paper. The two integrated EMS of dispatching - centralized control in Guangzhou electric network control center are both the 4th generation EMS, as one is DF8003, the other is OPEN3000. They have the common character as capability of 200 thousands of points for big city electric network. As DF8003 and OPEN3000 system is used in Guangzhou electric grid , some new characters is confronted: 1 Dispatching and centralized control in one system, benefit by power dispatching data network. 2. Informatian exchanging between the DF8003 system and OPEN3000 system with the standard XML and SVG. 3 Integrated systems of relay protection information management system and EMS. 4 Application of visual simulation technology. 5 Dual active-system architecture and security sections of the EMS upgrade the reliability. Dual active-system meet the complex EMS system´s demands better than system based on active/standby fast-switching. The new problem of this the next-generation integrated EMS of dispatching-centralized control in big city is that the more SCADA systems are multi-function and powerful, the more SCADA systems are under increased security risks. The move toward open standards including Internet protocol and networked communications has made it easier for hackers to access a SCADA system. This paper extended the new frameworks of the security powerful EMS.
