Abstract :
This paper deals with some special issues in complex military´s C4ISR (Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) problem. The fuzzy relational equations are used to give a try to describe the system´s behavior of these issues approximately. Moreover, a design framework for this intelligent decision system is also build by fuzzy relations and deduced from the solutions of the corresponding fuzzy relations equations. A conceptual numerical example and a proposed fast solution´s method are used to illustrate those applications. It is shown that the most complex military´s C4ISR intelligent systems can be possibly designed with fuzzy theory, and the implied potential of applications from fuzzy relational equations in future.
