Abstract :
We demonstrated simultaneous RGB light generation in z-cut MgO-doped periodically-poled LiNbO3 crystal with ridge waveguide. The green (532nm) and blue (460nm) lights were generated by quasi-phase-matched (QPM) second-harmonic generation pumped at 1064nm and 920nm. Various visible laser colors were obtained by adjusting coupled pump source and generated visible light intensity ratio.
