Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrated the optical properties of grating-coupled reflection type SPR sensor which made by the commercial compact disk with the heterodyne interferometry. Based on the measurement results, the sensitivity of these two type sensors with phase measurement are higher than intensity measurement at resonance angle.
