Abstract :
Ultra-low phase noise frequency synthesis and the choice of frequency source type are discussed in the paper. The impact factors of different frequency synthesis on phase noise are analyzed case by case. And the phase noise measurement methods are also discussed. Finally, the design program of ultra-low near-from-carrier phase noise frequency synthesizer is determined.
