Abstract :
In this paper, numerical and experimental characterization of monolithically integrated transformers on GaAs substrate is performed. The characterization is based on the equivalent lumped element model. The extraction procedure for the model parameters is given in detail. A good agreement between simulated and measured results is achieved.
