  • Abstract
    Structure optimization and the application of light material and process were the two main ways of integral body lightweight. So the ultra high strength steel was applied to the anterior anti-collision beam of integral body was the aim of the study. In this study, the performance development of frontal impact was taken for the example, the material selected of the lightweight was analyzed, and the structure optimization process was established. The front structure was lightweight optimized following the process. The front-end structure was obtained lightweight under the guaranteed the collision performance.
