Abstract :
The paper presents a collection of slides that demonstrates the feasibility of hybrid inorganic/organic materials for composite thin film transistors. It discusses the hybrid carbon nanotube-polymer for p-type TFT and hybrid zinc oxide nanowire-molecule for n-type TFT.
