Abstract :
This paper has designed a gold press polishing control system based on FPGA and feedback technology. This paper uses SOPC and NIOS soft core as the core of control system. At the same time, three level PID control scheme is used. The force feedback control is the main one, the, position and current feedback are au Also the paper designed the debugging software based on MFC for condition monitoring and PID parameter modification. This system has been tested in laboratory, and the experiment results show that it is stable, in real-time and easy to manipulate. In a word, it has a great application value.
