  • Abstract
    In automatic production lines, the voltage sag may cause shutdown of key equipments, which is deadly strike to the entire process. This paper introduces a power UPS system, which is composed of touch screen as the monitoring equipment, PLC as the core control unit, and super capacitor as the energy storage module. The system can provide a secondary power supply when the voltage sag happens, so as to ensure the normal operation of key equipments. Besides, this system has the advantages of the modular design, automation, intelligent operation, friendly interface, complete functions, safety and reliability, etc.
