  • Abstract
With the development of power systems, the structure of power grid has become much complicated. The electrical contacts among the nodes of the system are much tight than ever before. Hence, the coupling relationships of reactive power compensation capacity among nodes can not be ignored. It will contribute to proper dispatch of the reactive resource in power grid that analyzing the relationships of the compensation devices by coordinated control. This paper gives a method to gain a reasonable control strategy of compensators and low the control times of compensators based on matrix superposition theorem. It also proves the coupling connections of the voltage and reactive power which depends on electrical parameters and the structure of power grids. The simulation of IEEE 39-bus test system demonstrates that the proposed method can meet the local compensation demand and is valuable in coordinated compensation dispatch in the grid.
