Abstract
To the physical circumstances of the radial medium voltage distribution in the specified city, this paper presents the proper solutions of the loop closing operation analysis system basing on the analysis and researches of the distribution structure and the existed SCADA/EMS and GIS systems. The specific designing schemes for the loop closing operation analysis system are given. The CIM model based on IEC 61970/61968 standard is introduced to complete the data exchange between the loop closing operation analysis system and the existed systems. In the loop closing operation analysis system designing scheme, the loop closing power flow calculation model is the most important part, while the loop closing power flow calculation method is the core in the module, This paper calculates the loop closing power flow calculation with the method of the superposition of power flow before and after loop closing operations, which leads to a better convergence property.
