Abstract :
Digital enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) systems can be miniaturized by applying on-chip CMOS image sensor detection instead of conventional fluorescence microscopy. We have developed a CMOS image sensor dedicated to digital ELISA, which is sensitive to small changes of fluorescent intensity.
